Logline: Owner of a failing theatre company, Sidney Collins, makes a deal with the Devil to rebuild the ruined Iroquois Theatre and make it successful, but the Devil doesn't play fair. Sidney's dreams come crashing down and he finds himself on a terrifying journey through Hell, a lost soul seeking redemption.
